Keyless Miami installs smart locks, video doorbells, access control, video intercoms, gate access, and security cameras for properties in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Keyless Miami.

When you submit our consultation request form, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your property type and city or ZIP code
• The service you're interested in, and the brand if you came from a brand page
• Optional project details, such as the number of doors or units, or a rental platform you use
• The page of our site you sent the request from

If you call us, email us, or message us on Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

We use your information to respond to your request, assess your project, prepare recommendations or quotes, schedule work, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We use Google Tag Manager to load two analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. They help us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies or social media pixels.

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to count visits and record which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example from a search engine), approximate location, and device and browser type.

Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to create heatmaps and session recordings that show how visitors scroll, click and move through pages. Clarity is designed to mask text typed into form fields, and we do not send the names, emails, phone numbers or messages you enter in our contact form to Google Analytics or Clarity as event data.

Google and Microsoft process this information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, without affecting your ability to contact us.

Our site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives standard technical information such as your IP address, as described in Google's own privacy policy.

We use a small number of providers to run our website and handle form requests:

• Website hosting and database: our site and the form submissions it saves are hosted by Lovable and its infrastructure partners.
• Email delivery: form submissions are emailed to our team at info@keylessmiami.com through Lovable's email service.
• Fonts: Google Fonts, as described above.
• Analytics: Google (Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity), as described above.

Our hosting and email providers process information to provide their services to us. Google and Microsoft process analytics information as described in their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out any work, and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Form submissions are stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible, and are sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us by emailing info@keylessmiami.com.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
